Cannot delete Video Files !

Hey guyz, i have a few mpeg, avi and wmv files in my
harddrive. Whenever i try to delete the files, an error
message appears saying : [File-Name] is being used by
another user ot program. Close the program that might be
using the file and Try Again.

Try rebooting in safe mode and deleting them. Next, go to
task manager and end the task associated with your video
files, then retry deleting. Then make sure that you are
not using the thumbnail view if the movies are present on
your desktop. Hope this helps.
