Cannot delete roaming profile in WIN2K

User is not logged in (Checked Terminal Services)
User does not have any services running under her name (Checked Services)

Why cannot I not delete a user profile from a Win2Kserver? Any ideas?

something has got the ntuser.dat file locked
probably can't do anything without a reboot
might want to look at the user profile hive cleanup utility which will
prevent future problems
