Cannot delete others' calendars from shared list

A while ago i opened several shared calendars of other people on my team that
I frequently looked at. They remained in the list at the left for easy
access. Things have changed, and I wanted to remove them from the list. I
right clicked on each of them and clicked delete and they went away. When I
exit and restart Outlook, they are there again. Also, I opened my new boss'
calendar to have there, but when i exit and restart outlook, it is gone. Any
ideas what to do? I am using Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista. Thanks.
 
that didn't work, but i actually looked in the sync issues folder and it said
there was an error in some .pst file. i ran a utility named scanpst on that
file, it fixed the error and everything works fine now.
