Cannot delete or move message from outbox

Don't imagine it will work without reading and following the instructions.
That might sound silly but people have fallen at that hurdle.
 
This is the only website that helped me as well. It deletes all your
messages so be sure to back them up. I didn't know how to do that so I
didn't mind having everything cleared out.
