I have a new Dell workstation running XP pro. I have two
instances of the same HP5000 network printer listed with
different names. One of them is listed as "access denied"
although it is actually the same printer as the other,
and it seems to swallow print jobs into a dark hole. I
would like to delete it, but it won't go away. I get no
error messages. It just won't delete. Any ideas?
