Cannot delete icon shortcuts from desktop

Hi,

I cannot delete icon shortcuts from my desktop when running as a stanard user.

Known bug or should I report?

I have asked this question before here but really never got any good
answers. Maybe I wasn't making myself clear.

Have this same problem with x86 and x64 versions.
