cannot delete files

I have a file with a long name that will not delete.
When I right click on it, the only options are "open"
or "send to". When I hit the delete key, nothing
happens. When I try to delete the entire folder it is
in, the message "cannot delete xxxxxxx. cannot find the
specified file" comes up.

The file name starts
with "18191183207@headerspon,pagespon,pagespon2,localad,..
.........."

Add a shortcut to the Recycle Bin to your SendTo folder (just type SendTo in
the Run box to open this). Reboot to make it take. Then try to do a Send To
Recycle Bin.
