Cannot delete files

I have two movie files that some schmuck uploaded to my server; I am hoping
I have closed the door as to how they go them up there..

However I am trying to delete the files and they are saying access denied.
They are located in teh System Information Folder and I cannot change the
security on them..

Any ideas

Take the owner ship of the file and change the permission to full control
for you then you can delete it

If still not go to safe mode and delete it


if still not possible go recovery console and delete it
