I've got a DivX file that can't be moved or deleted - I
get the message "Cannot delete file - it is being used by
another program or person". Now, I know why that message
usually occurs... but nothing is using the file! even
fresh from a reboot, I get the same message. The only
thing that starts up when XP does (aside from all the
background system processes, obviously) is the volume
control panel, the eject hardware thing, and Kerio
Personal Firewall. It's the only file which behaves like
that. Anyone got any ideas?
Any help appreciated.
