I suppose that you are wanting to delete the windows favorites. well i would go to my computer , then open up your hard drive, go to documents and settings, then go to all users, favorites, and delete whats in that folder. then go back to the documents and settings fodler and do the same thing for the individual user(s). good luck
If you are deleting the "Links" folder in your favorites.. it will keep coming back. However if you're trying to delete other favorites & they're coming back, chances are you have spyware/adware on your machine. I suggest you goto http://www.lavasoft.de & download AdAware & run it. I'm betting it fixes your problem.
