Cannot delete favorites

I cannot delete any of my favorites categories. I can
easily delete the sub categories, but any time I try to
delete a category, it will act as if it's deleting it but
then tell me it cannot because it's being used by some
other program. So far as I know,it isn't.
 
Do you mean favourites in Internet explorer? If so then there should be no problem. If it isn't and you do not get any replies hear you can check me out at.
