Cannot delete email from my outbox

Hi. I have read lots of the answers but some are far too complicated for
someone like me to attempt to do and others just don't work. I have one email
stuck in my outbox. I can receive emails but cannot send any. Can someone
please come up with a very simple and easy solution that even I can attempt
to do!!

is a very simple and easy solution providing the user
isn't too proud to read simple and easy instructions.

note. very occasionally the site is temporarily unavailable
but then wait a short while and retry.
 
Thank you sooooo much. That was very easy to do - even someone like me manged
it without too much confusion!! My outbox is now empty and I can send and
receive emails again. Thank you thank you.

I'm having exactly the same problem and I cant use the link provided , Is

I'm not sure.

I believe your not being able to use the link is a temporary blip
but meanwhile, if you email me directly I send the utility to you
as an attachment.

Since you can't email in the usual fashion set up for yourself
a gmail account and use it to contact me.

What do you mean "I can't use the link"?
Can't download, can't install, grayed out buttons?

For several hours this morning (GMT) there seemed to be
a problem with the link...

Web page not found etc.

It's not the first time I've experienced such a problem but it's...
