I cannot remove a icon on desktop.
It is from a program called SimplyCD.
I removed the program using Windows Add/Remove Programs
but this icon remained.
I checked "\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop"
and my own Desktop directory and there is nothing related to it.
It seems to be a folder. It is not a shortcut.
I have searched the registry using the program's name with no luck.
All references are gone.
I can't delete it or drag it to the recycle bin.
When I right click it I get an abreviated context menu including "Open" and
"create a shorcut"
but none are fuctional. Nothing happens.
How do I get rid of this thing?
Thanks,
Bill Mudd
