So do I understand you are attempting to sync this Outlook profile with
two
completely different devices? And that the iPhone sync was never even
configured or executed correctly?
The possibilities for corruption are legion. Do you back up your data?
Never
think of syncing with even one device without performing frequent backups
of
your data.
Try deleting your extra Contacts folder. Then try repairing your data
file
with the Inbox Repair Tool.

Clarify "somehow." There is a lot more to your story. We need to know
how
you corrupted your data file or profile, Outlook version, and the
precise
steps you are using, including the view.

Somehow I got some duplicate names in my contacts folder and those
dont have any info associalted with them so I want to DELETE them.
Well I have tried every way I know and they will not delete, I can
right click on their name and I say OK only for them to still be
there?
I cannot figure this out and need some help...lol Im pretty good at
this stuff but this simple thing has me beat right now?- Hide quoted

RUSS--I think there is but ts weird for sure?
I got an Iphone and was playing around and remember the iphone had
NOTHING in it....I synced with outlook for a second then shut it
down----then the wife had odd contacts in her phone from
WAYYYYYYYYYYYY back--dont even know where they came from (maybe
outlook express that we havent used in years) then thats when we
noticed the extra contacts in our outlook 2003 mail program under
contacts. The contacts are not in our phones at all---- just in the
address book in outlook 2003 that we cannot get rid of? They are
contacts with NO info to them and if you right click them and try to
bring up Properties it will not do it--it says ( The properties dialog
box could not be displayed. The action could not be completed)
And also ( The Properties dialog box could not be displayed. An
Invalid ENTRYID was passed in). HOPE THAT helps You out a little
more!!!
