Cannot delete a file

Hi,
There is a file on my desktop with a name but without an extension and the
file size is 0. I cannot delete, rename or move it. I have run scandisk but
it didn't help. What can I do? Thanks.

Rightclick the drive icon in explorer, and Properties, tools tab, 'error checking'
