Cannot delete a file or it may be a folder

I am trying to delete a file or a folder of my computer- it downloaded from the internet

When I try to delete it - I keep getting an error message-It may be full or write only protecte

This is is the file 'XxxAcess.EXE-0c645cc1.pf

Cannot someone please help?

Try to delete the file from the Safe Mode. See "A Description of the
Safe Boot Mode Options in Windows XP"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=315222).
