I cant open them, overwite them or delete them. They could be written on a
bad section of my hard disc. I got to get them deleted or at least
quarranteened so i can at least do backups of my hard drive. Right now my
computer cannot do sucessful backups and bombs-out halfway throught the
backup and returns a cyclic redundency check Error code of 0x80070017. I
strongly think it is because of the these four photographic (which cannot be
open now) The problem could also be a bad sction of disc where these four
Jepg photos resides. It is the point where the backup crashes.

Anyone have a sugestion for a fix or a work arround?

You might try booting into safe mode, and see if you can delete them,
but if you think you might have some bad sectors, you better run Chkdsk
right away.
Computer - right-click on the drive - Properties - Tools - Error checking
