Cannot customize Outlook Today page

I'm running Win XP Pro and I have all the latest patches
and now I'm unable to customize the Outlook Today page.
I can log on to a different cumputer that has not been
patched as heavily, open my mailbox and I can customize
the page. What's the deal? Thanks.
 
If this is Outlook 2000, the following MSKB article provides the fix for
this issue.
