Hi
On Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003, one machine cannot create new posts
using custom forms. The other machines on the site can do it. It seems that
the Forms cache may be somehow corrupted but MS article on cleaning the cache
has not helped.
This machine can open existing posts. Each time that is done, even in the
same session, the form is downloaded from the server, so it appears it cannot
store in locally.
The forms are setup as the default form for the folder and are stored in the
folder.
In Outlook 2000 we would delete the forms cache when form problems occurred
so that was the first step taken here. We subsequently recreated the forms
cache manually. I have re-installed OUtlook as well as run the Detect and
Repair function. All to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated
