cannot create folder named "con"

Hi, Toby.

As it says in KB article 256015 (and many other places):
"MS-DOS device names are reserved words and cannot be used as folder or file
names."

"Con" is the device name for the "console"; that is, usually, the monitor or
display device.

There are several other reserved words, such as "com1", "lpt1", etc. This
rule goes back a LONG way!
