Cannot create another user

Cal

Hello

I am using WinXP MCE as an administrator and sole user. I am trying to
create another user.

I have set up a new user in Control Panel/User accounts & it shows there
whenever I open that applet . It does not however appear under Docs &
Settings nor on the logoff box where I am the only entry.

Although I have ticked the "show welcome screen" box on rebooting I'm taken
straight to my own desktop.

Any ideas please?

Thanks

Cal

You should ask in MCE group..

Turn on Hidden and system file then try.

Although I have ticked the "show welcome screen" box on rebooting I'm
taken straight to my own desktop.

That is not the right option. Do this:
.... Click Start > Run
.... Type "control userpasswords2" (Without quotes)
.... Tick "Users must enter ...."
