Cannot create an opprotunity

Everytime I try and create an opprotunity an error message appears that says, "This form cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator." There are other times when I try and create an opprotunity that nothing happens.

I am using Microsoft Office Small Business Edition 2003. I have the Buisness Contact Manager installed as well.

BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options |
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
