Cannot create a partition XP Pro

This my first time trying to use Disk Management on XP pro to add a
partition on my NTFS basic disk, But I can not see any unallocated space (I
have 10% free) to right click on to run Partition wizard .

Unallocated space will be marked as such. If you cannd see any, then you
will need to use a 3rd-party disk management utility, such as Partition
Magic 8. One can only use Disk Management if the space is marked as
unallocated.

Unallocated is just that not allocated to any drive.
Unused on the other is allocated to a drive, in this case, probably C.

Since you do not have any unallocated space, you can not use Disk
Management to allocate space.

If you are at 10% free, you may need to start thinking about getting
another hard drive or at least uninstall some applications and/or
delete data.
