Cannot create a group

I followed the instructions in the mail help for creating a group but there
is no way this works. I have Vista Home Basic.

You have to tell us what you did that did not work.
Example; were you able to click Contact ?
If yes, what showed up after that ? You couldn't find New Contact Group
button ?
Was that your problem ?

Did it incorrectly, it is all set now.
