I wanted to move a 4.5GB file from an internal disk to a USB connected
one: but the OS tells me that there wasn't enough space available (while
I had over 60GB free).
I tried to copy on the same partitions a 2.8GB file and it worked.
I am able to copy the 4.5GB file from one partition to another both on
the internal disk.
Is there a way to copy large files to USB disks?
Thanks
Horst

it's probably formatted with fat32 as there is a 4gb limit on file size in
fat32

Reformat it with NTFS and it should copy, however Win 9x machines will not
be able to read it afterwards, but if you don't use older pc's thats not a
prob
