Hi,
I just got this problem yesterday and all the year it was ok. When I try to
connect to my DC from a workstation or server (all win 2000 sp3) i get a
message
"\\server is not accessible"
"Logon Failure: the target account name is incorrect"

It is also impossible to map to it unless I use it's ip adress.
e.g. map \\server\c$ does not work but \\100.100.100.222\c$ works very well?

Please help me lighten up this problem.

Jerry

At a glance I would think there is a name resolution
problem on the network. Check the DNS services are
running fine (and possibly WINS if you are using it)
