Cannot Connect to Internet, can see network

I have a cable modem with a router connecting 7 total
computers to the internet. Six of the computers can
connect using Internet Explorer, but the seventh cannot.
I can see the other computers on the network and I can
also ping servers and the other computers from the command
prompt. I have spent hours on the phone with my company's
technical support line and they were at a loss. Any
suggestions??
 
Can you ping outside the network, or only inside? Does the 7th computer have
the correct Netmask / Default Gateway set? If this problem is only affecting
IE, does the 7th computer have DNS setup correctly? Is IE setup to work
online? Have you tried running a tracert to a known outside computer to see
where the connection dies? Sorry without more info, I can't be more
specific.
