Cannot connect to desktop

Hi:



I'am trying to conect remote conect to a pc, but when I
try, the conection fails with the following error:

"Remote assistance could not be established because the
remote host name could not be resolved. Please try again
later"

I am using a DSL and Im behind an ISA server.
The other side is using a T1 fractional, behind an ISA
server too.

I have the same problem with other remote computer, that
is conected directly to a DSL.

Is DSL my the problem?

Are you trying to connect to another pc on your LAN or on
the outside? Looks like a DNS issue, are you entering
the IP or then name of the pc?
 
The PC is not at my LAN. It is on another Building far
from my site, and is atached to another LAN
