Cannot connect to a Terminal Server

I am trying to connect to a terminal server with a Windows Based Terminal (Wyse 3125se) via Citrix. I believe that the license has expired and it is unable to renew. I have already read KB article 813508 and the server has the hotfix M/S provided and the server has SP4. I am still unable to get a TS license. Has anyone run into this problem? Thanks.
 
Hey there.
I have run into this problem with the WYSE 3700LE.
I had to reload the T-Cal on the WINTERM.
you will need to download it from the WYSE website, then
setup an FTP server and ftp from the WINTERM...
