Cannot close browser

Help! I'm unable to close any windows once I open my
browser, if I hit the x the windows will not close I have
to C+A+ D to close any windows I have open. Does any one
have any suggestions as to how to fix or is there any
worms that would do this if so how will I fix. Any info
will help thanks Orlando
