cannot click "show this folder on the addressbook" on my Contact

When I reach the properties of my contacts folder on the submenu outlook
adressbook, the clicking box that says "show this folder on the e-mail
address book " is grayed and cannot be clicked!?
There fore I have no contact listed in my addressbook...
 
What version of Outlook are you using? It sounds like you don't have the
Outlook Address Book service in your profile.
 
I have the same problem. I am using outlook 2003. How do you address outlook
address book service to my profile.

You can add the service here in OL2003: Tools menu > Email accounts > Add a
new directory or address book
