Cannot change the IP address of my server

Dear ,
On my Win2k server(Active directory) I can not change the IP address of the
machine. the TCP/IP properties button is dimmed.
Also the uninstall button is grayed out when I select TCP/IP from the
connection components.

Is there any work around or way to fix this situation?

u doesn't have admin previliges

This could also happen if the currently logged in user is
not a member of the local users..

I am the domain administrator, The server is the domain Controler Active
directory.
