I cannot change my Internet security settings. I get the following message
when I attempt to change the Internet security levels to anything below
medium.
The level that you have chosen is lower then this. Please choose a security
level of "Medium" or higher. However, everything is disabled on all levels
and I CANâ€T enable anything. My desktop themes won’t change, basically don’t
have any privileges. It seems as if I lost all my privileges ( I have
administers privileges). I have XP home SP2. My wife’s user account is
completely fine. She has ran ad watch, Microsoft spy ware and Mcafee
antivirus. Please Help!!!

Change yourself to an admin account and set the privileges you are allowed.

This is not an IE6 question. Look at XP- a web search will bring many
results on this subject, or ask at a relevant newsgroup.
