I cannot change my IE Default page. I change it from IE 6
SP1 and it is changed back to
http://www.coolwwwsearch%
2e%63%6f%6d/%7a/%62/%78%31%2e%63%67%69?%33%34%34%30%31%32

on reboot.

I have tried modification from the registry. I even tried
removing IE directories and registry entries - no luck.
Please help.

Note that security is also changed on reboot -
automatically putting the site *.coolwwwsearch.com and
*.msn.com in the trusted web site lists on reboot.
