I have a gentleman who wants to change his homepage from MSN.com to
Google.com. It keeps changing it back to MSN.com. Any idea why?

I think I might have found the answer. I'm going to check the settings in
Norton.

Hi Rose 
If they have SpyBot and use the immunizer, check that to see if there is a
restriction set in there to prevent the home page from being changed.
