click properties to change a correct form to posting i seen error that " You
cannot create an item of this type in this folder" Anyone help me to verify
it. Thank in advance

Please explain how this form is supposed to be used and why you're using a message form when it sounds like you want to post items to a public folder.

Hi Sue,
First, Thank you for your answer. I just wondering that why i cannot change
it. At frist, i created this form in personal folder first and then moved
this form by click publish form as and point to the form as i want to
posting in public folder.

If you want a form to post in a public folder, then you should have created a post form. Message forms are designed to be sent, not posted. You can't make a message form the default for any folder.

Again, if you tell us about this form's actual usage, we might be able to suggest a way out of your impasse.

Hi Sue,
If i need to post a form which created by message form how do i do ? Thank
you

You can email a message to a public folder, assuming the Exchange administrator had email-enabled the folder.
