Hi!
My scenario is like this:
I have one parent domain called test.com and one child
domain called test1.test.com.
User A have an account in test.com and one in
test1.test.com
Wks1 has a machine account in test1.test.com
User A logs on successfully to Wks1 with his test.com
account but cannot browse test.com from network
neighborhood. He gets an error message stating:
"You might not have permissions to this network resource"
If User A knows the UNC path to a share, he can map it
with Net Use.
If User A logs on to Wks1 with his test1.test.com account
he gets a different message "The list of servers are
currently not available"
Earlier User A could also browse test.com . Servers are
W2k and clients XP SP1 & SP2.
Is this a network configuration error, GP or a replication
issue? Clues anyone?
