Cannot Browse Network

I cannot browse my network from any pc. Connectivity perfect, IFC off, NetBios over TCP/IP enabled, shared files exist, master browers set to automatic, workgroup name consistent, user names and passwords consistent. I've tried every troubleshooting hint I can find, but no success. Runing XP Pro on 2 PC network. Any recommendations?
 
I can only see one of the PCs in my workgroup. There is no error message. Connectivity is good. I can search and find the missing PC but I cannot get it to show in the workgroup. Why would only one of the PCs show up?
