Cannot browse internet

I ran AntiSpyware Beta1 and now cannot browse the internet
with Internet Explorer and DSL service. According to the
support person for the DSL service, the ping test showed
that connection to the website was being made but
something in the software was blocking access to view it.

Clicking the Internet Explorer icon continually brings up
"page cannot be displayed" OS for machine is XP pro
