cannot browse any sites without a proxy setting

i use windows xp professional and internet explorer 6.0 i
connect to the internet from my company network and it
doesnot have any proxy server. recently i was outside the
company and had to enable the proxy setting on my brwoser
to connect to the internet. noe back in the company i
cannot connect to the internet unless i enable the proxy
settings even though we dont have any proxy server. the
proxy address is 172.22.200.1. kindly get back if anyone
has a clue on this. thanks
