Cannot boot after CHKDSF /F

Diskeeper has detected that CHKDSK is scheduled to run on
the volume: Please run CHKDSK /F.'' What is the problem?
I also tried installing OS in another folder. The drive
still will not boot.
 
so your clean installed windows 2000 cannot boot too?
what is exactly happend on when you boot clean installed windows 2000?
(when you boot your PC, they give you choice of OS more than two
and you choose newly installed one is this correct?)
after you choose OS what happend?
hungs-up on splash screen or do you have blue screen and stop error?
can you post more detail infromation?
