Cannot attach file on Yahoo email

lately I cannot attach files in Yahoo mail I have written before but the
suggestion did not correct the problem (merge KB908531_Share-to- web) Have
windows XP home and a nivice in this computer stuff. Thank you for your help.

Hi Jon, I did go first to yahoo and they said it was a MS error I do not know
what to do, what I did wrong or how to correct this, but your link I have
tried and does not work
