Cannot add video & Pics To storyboard

Try to drag and drop vid and pics to storyboard but they do not go. Frames
stay grey and nothing gets added to storyboard. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Hi graham,
I was checking out the reply u sent u John, i am having same problem. But
its not working with any of the files, let it be JPG, AVI, bitmap. none at
all.
any suggestions to fix it.
