CANNOT ACTIVATE WINDOWS

i have put the same windows xp on my other computer and i
think this is mostly the problem but i need to know if you
are allowed to put it on two computers at the same time.
can't get on live microsoft chat because product id has
already been used on different computer.

Read the end user license agreement that came with your copy of
Windows XP. You can find it in the file c:\windows\system32\eula.txt.

That license agreement will clearly and specifically provide that your
license is for the installation of one copy of the software on one
computer only, although if you have the Pro version of Windows XP it
does allow you to have 2 CPU chips installed on the one motherboard in
that one computer.

No you can not run the same copy on more then one computer.
1 license = 1 computer
