chk your settings it could be the page that u are trying
cookies and you security setting may be too high
Solution: under the tools--->internet options---->
privacy tab .... Click on edit where it says overide
cookie handling and add that particular site if its just
one site....
if that does not work go to your advanced tab look and
see if you have a chk mark under ssl 2.0 and ssl 3.0 if
not chk those boxes
