Cannot access websites

whenever i go to try and access a friends freewebspace
website the page doesnt come p and just says "page cannot
be displayed". i tried the site on another computer and it
worked fine. i am only having trouble trying to access
freewebspace sites. help !!!!!
 
It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS, reboot.
