I have windows XP home and IE6, I have access to all
websites except two in particular. (tuffonline.net and
blindsideblitz.com in case it matters) and I cannot get
into these no matter how I delete cookies and change
internet options. I either get "Page cannot be displayed"
or HTTP 404 error.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or
how to fix it?

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.
