Access Cannot access Website

PC PROXY SERVER
WinXP (Service Pack 2), release: 5.1, build: 2600, platform: 2
nod32 antivirus
zonealarm 7.362 firewall
Proxy+ 3.00 (Build #264) unlimited

Intel D945gct m/b
3 ghz intel p cpu
1 gb 533mhz ram
200gb western digital hdd
1 x d-link 1gb network card for internal lan and proxy
1 x onboard lan for internet

wimax wirelles broadband 2048kbs

I can access all websites except one www.facebook.com
When in command i can ping it and when i nslookup www.facebook.com i use the ip address and ping it.
But in url cannot connect to site with www or ip adres.
When i ping www.facebook.com it connect's threw local host 127.0.0.1 but with say google it connect's threw it's ip address

What can it be coz it's not the firewall
 
Are you trying to connect from a residential broadband line, as some places do block access to facebook (often only on company PC's though).

Also, are you connecting direct to the net or through a secondary server as a proxy?
 
Well its from a residential broadband and we have a fixed 24/7 line so i dont see why coz it were working fine and then i could connect anymore from my pc which goes threw proxy server gives this error Error occurred when connecting to the server!

and when i try on the proxy server itself which then doesnt use proxy coz proxy's only for lan
gives this error Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:

What i dont understand is that when we try with a wireless notebook threw same wireless gateway it works
