I could not access to the Internet since 23Jun09. My Window version is Window Vista Home Basic. The diagnosis told me that there is a problem in the 6TO4 Adapter. Also, I found that there is an error message code 31 for the 6TO4 Adapter in the device manager. It said that the driver was not working. I tried to update the driver. It said that my version is the most updated version and then nothing changed. I can access to the router by wireless, but I can't get an IP and access to the Internet.
Then, I uninstalled the 6TO4 Adapter and restart my laptop pc. I still cannot access the Internet. I found that another item shown under the network card. It called "isatap.(F0ADFEB1-7321-41AC-92ED-9D419A58BE406)", but the driver for this one was also not working and the same error message came up.
Even I tried to use the LAN to connect, I also can't get an IP.
Could anyone please help me to fix this problem?
