Cannot access the Internet

I can't get any access to the internet; Internet Explore or Netscape.
It is IE 6.0 and Netscape 7.2. It won't allow me any access to either
Internet. The user can go to another PC and access both fine. It has to be
something wrong with the settings in his box(PC).

Hi Tanya,
Is his PC has Internet connection and there is conectivity on the
Modem/Router and the settings OK?
If not try to Reinstall/Repair IE from the Control Panel, click Add/Remove
Programs and be sure the option show updates is checked and navigate to IE
aap and click on Change/Remove and on the window select Repair.
Reboot after and try to connect and see.
If no joy write back with the specs of the OS, Connections, AVs.
Try system Restore to a date the machine was working.
